This policy covers the VGrid.ai public website. Processing in customer environments on the platform requires separate documentation under the relevant agreement.

We use request data to understand your needs, organize contact and schedule the demonstration. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or provide consent for marketing campaigns. Do not include sensitive data, passwords or third-party personal information in the demo objective.

• Demo request: the form requires your name, corporate email and company. Role, WhatsApp number and demo objective are optional; the objective field accepts up to 1,000 characters. Submitting the form records the request on the server so we can organize and respond to it.
• Direct contact: when you email contato@vgrid.ai or use WhatsApp at +55 (11) 97218-8342, we process your contact identifier and the information you include to respond to the conversation you requested. Those channels have their own features and privacy policies.
• Browsing: infrastructure receives technical information needed to serve pages, such as IP address, requested resource and browser information, for operation, security and diagnostics.
• Privacy choice: your selected categories, choice version and validity are recorded in your browser.
• Optional preferences: with your permission, we remember dismissal of the language suggestion. Interacting with the illustrative artwork does not require registration or the submission of project data.
• Form protection: we record language, submission origin, timestamp, request identifier and privacy notice version. Limits against excessive submissions use cryptographic identifiers derived from the network address and email; the network address is not stored in the requests table. Requests are forwarded by email to the team responsible for responding.

Requests concerning a possible contract, initiated by the data subject, are processed for the corresponding preliminary steps. Optional preferences depend on consent. Legal obligations and the exercise of rights may justify retaining relevant records.

Technical operation and responses to questions are limited to necessary purposes and legitimate interests compatible with the data subject’s expectations and rights. This is not a blanket authorization for advertising or tracking.

Website operation involves hosting, content delivery, data infrastructure and email service providers, depending on the activity. Access must be limited to what is necessary for the service or a legal obligation.

Your privacy choice expires after 180 days. Optional preferences are removed when you withdraw permission or the choice expires. You may also clear this website’s storage through your browser settings.

You may request confirmation and access; correction; information about sharing; anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable; portability under applicable rules; and information about withholding or withdrawing consent. Where applicable, you may also request review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests.

This website addresses organizations and professionals. Material policy updates are identified by the revision date. Portuguese, English and Spanish versions should cover the same scope.

Native Lovable audience measurement remains active on this website. It uses the session-id cookie, a random session identifier valid for 30 minutes and renewed when new events are recorded. Measurement receives timestamps, visited pages and addresses — including query parameters and fragments present in the URL —, referring page, browser information, language and country estimated from the time zone. This data supports analysis of visits, traffic sources and browsing. Measurement operates independently of this website’s preferences panel: declining navigation preferences does not disable it.
